By purchasing from Kay’s Krafts, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Custom Orders
All items offered by Kay’s Krafts are custom-made. Because of the personalized nature of custom items, all sales are final once production has begun. Please message me before purchasing so we can discuss design details, sizing, pricing, and timelines.
Order Approval
It is the buyer’s responsibility to review and approve all custom details discussed prior to purchase. Kay’s Krafts is not responsible for errors once an order has been approved or finalized.
Processing Time
Processing times vary depending on the item and level of customization. Estimated timelines will be discussed prior to purchase. Rush orders may not always be available.
Memorial & Remembrance Orders
Memorial and remembrance pieces are created with care and compassion. Due to their highly personal nature, these orders are non-refundable. Please reach out before purchasing so we can discuss your needs gently and privately.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error made by Kay’s Krafts. Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted.
Shipping
Kay’s Krafts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered but not received.
Use of Designs
All designs created by Kay’s Krafts remain the intellectual property of Kay’s Krafts unless otherwise agreed upon. Designs may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without permission.
Changes to Terms
Kay’s Krafts reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
