Returns and refunds

Kay’s Krafts specializes in custom-made and made-to-order items. Because each piece is created specifically for you, the following policy applies.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale once production has begun. This includes custom stickers, apparel, signs, and memorial pieces. Please message me before purchasing so we can confirm all details together.

Memorial & Remembrance Items

Memorial and remembrance items are created with care and compassion. Due to their highly personal and sensitive nature, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made items unless:

• The item arrives damaged, or
• There is an error made by Kay’s Krafts
  

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos and details so it can be resolved.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once work has started, cancellations and refunds are not available.

Shipping Issues

Kay’s Krafts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered but not received.
