Processing Time

All items are made to order. Processing times vary depending on the type of item and level of customization. Estimated timelines will be discussed prior to purchase. Because each piece is custom, processing times may change slightly.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using standard shipping methods unless otherwise discussed. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping carrier. Please note that shipping time does not include processing time. Kay’s Krafts is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Kay’s Krafts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Kay’s Krafts is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received, or for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, I’m happy to assist in contacting the carrier when possible.

Memorial Orders

Memorial and remembrance items are created with care. While I do my best to accommodate timelines, delivery dates for memorial items cannot be guaranteed due to the custom nature of the work.
